“FOOD: Overall, good, but nothing special. My Crispy Chicken and my wife's fish were fried a little too long. However, my mom's Chicken (not Crispy) sandwich was tender and juicy! However, the tomatoes on her sandwich were not ripe at all; she got part of the core stuck in her throat! The fries and onion rings were very crisp and excellent! My Strawberry Shake was good.SERVICE: Good. Nate was attentive. The food came out in a timely manner. Out Ketchup bottle was almost empty, so I checked 3 tables around ours before I found one that had maybe a little more than 1/4 in it to bring to out table.ATMOSPHERE: The restaurant appears to be in need of an update; our table top was worn, dated, and unattractive.Business was slow at the time we showed up for early dinner. More people came as we were eating.“
“The food and service was outstanding as usual. What shocked me was that the restaurant was at full capacity, and because of that, we had to wait a bit to be seated and for the food to arrive. Other than that, it's my favorite restaurant to go to for breakfast.“

“We are afternoon dinner regulars and there are only two favorite servers that are excellent (Emma & Angelique). The rest (customer service folks) need to learn what good customer service is from the two that I just mentioned.First, the bathrooms are atrociously smelly, dirty and needs to be quarantined by a hazmat team. The manager should be ashamed of himself at the state of and condition of the bathrooms.Second, the kitchen cook/chef needs some serious lessons on how to properly prepare food in a quality and timely manner. I've seen my then 10 year old daughter cook a meal faster and looked better than these cook's food at this restaurant. Our ordered food is never correctly cooked, never looks the same as before, sometimes cold or overcooked, or is just plain the wrong dish that was never ordered. We've been coming to this restaurant for several months and I can count on two fingers when our order was prepared perfectly.Our two favorite servers have done their best to correct the mistakes, accommodate our orders and go above and beyond the basic fundamentals of customer service. Emma and Angelique deserve to be managers of this restaurant, hands down.“
“It is hard to beat the breakfast fare, especially pancakes, at this chain, which manages to cater to all with good service, at least adequate food, and a welcome and inclusive environment for all people.Parking: Limited spots but mostly adequate to the traffic. No street parking on major thoroughfare.“

“I come here every so often for breakfast in the with my friends when I come into town from the airport. I love getting their breakfast sampler, it has a little bit of everything. It's easy and simple and you can't mess it up. Love my hashbrowns extra crispy and they make it just right. The last time I came in, my server was exceptional! If I remember correctly her name was Sandy. Super friendly and cheerful and made sure my hashbrowns were extra crispy. This place has been around for a long time, ever since I moved away, it's been my one slice of nostalgia when I come home to visit. Yum!“
