My husband and I stopped by here with a van load of kids. Everything went well! The food tasted fresh. The young lady, Summer, taking our order was handling us at the front and also handling the drive-thru, but she stayed calm and handled her business! She made it look easy, even though we were ordering for 12 people! Carolina stepped in to help and was very observant. Marisela and Anna were in the kitchen knocking it out! Even though we showed up here right before they close, not knowing it, they were all very polite and very professional, and showed us no attitude for being last minute customers! Big ups to all of you! Great team!

Ordered only 4 tacos and the girl in the drive thru gave me 2. She was trying to be quick, no sauce, and missing 2. I'll definitely make sure to chk my bags b4 leaving the lot. Granted, I usually go in, but this experience was not fun.

My first experience coming from the south was ordering from the app and expecting to receive my meal but the driver who picked it up RUBY L she took a photo of my order in front of a old storage closet and said it was delivered and left with my order. I’d like a refund and if there are cameras on the property to get a license plate number to file a police report would be great.

The food is okay, but the service was horrible today. The 2 girls, one working the bagging of the food and one working the drive-through, must have been stoned.One was constantly laughing and forgetting orders, and the other was stuck in slow motion. 11/16/23 @6:30pm.I have had some wonderful service at this location and some terrible. I guess it depends on who's managing at the time.

The employees are kinda rude and act like they don't want to help you I waited in line for a long time before anyone asked me if I needed help and then started talking about me in Spanish and yes I speak Spanish as well so I just said wow and was like this is crazy and sad it's 2023 come

I had one each of the monster taco. One spicy and the other was regular. Also had the spicy chicken wrap. I think Jack should not advertise the spicy items as spicy. Bell peppers are spicier.

This is the WORST Jack in the Box I have been to. I went on 9/4 at 3:45pm, and was received with the RUDEST drive thru attendant. Besides the fact that their drive thru speaker was so low I couldn’t hear, this lady had zero patience with us and trying to make our order decision. I know she won’t care about losing a customer, but it was totally uncalled for. Never returning here again.
