“This is the best Jack-in-the-box in Natomas. Service is always great, they have the best staff. Food is always good, unlike some other places. The worst issue is that they've ran out of food items because they're always crowded. Sometimes the lines are long but that's because they're the best fast food place in South Natomas. Love it here.“
“I had never visited this JIB. My friend wanted to get the 2 tacos for a buck. The food was very good! Everything was fresh and piping hot. Plus you can't beat the price of Jack in the box food. I don't understand why the other fast food restaurants have gone sky high yet Jack in the box still offers reasonably priced items on their menu. So if you're in the area stop on by!“
“I went there on Friday afternoon March 1st and had a very pleasant experience with the drive-thru lady. The sandwich was very nice and hot which at some Jack in the Box is not true it's like cold the cheese is not even melted on the Sourdough Jack. This Jack in the Box was excellent and the lady at the window kept apologizing for to me many times for not having the milkshake machine working. I knew it wasn't her fault but she was very sweet about it. I appreciate that it's called customer service something we don't always get more.“
“Very kind. Staff are usually in their young 20s and they know what they're doing, they're pretty quick and they are willing to fix any mistakes for free. I do enjoy them. They are next to my house and very convenient. I also use the app sometimes to earn free things and I do suggest it if you go eat fast food like this.“
“When I am starving and it's 3:00 in the morning this is one of the few places that's open. he people that are runnin the drive-thru always seem very chipper and happy, and theyre very polite. Is a different breed of people that work overnight and I have to say this place is all positive.Parking: The parking lot is huge. There are plenty of spaces, and the drive-thru is easy to get to.“
“Probably would have given five stars, but I only used the restroom... I walked in and was greeted right away with a smile. I had asked if I may use the restroom. The cashier buzzed the door kso I could get in to the bathrooms. I tried to open the doors and both doors was locked. Ooooh I had to go to pee so very badly.. The cashier must have seen me stressed out not know want to do. Because she quickly can to me and went to one of the locked doors and held her finger to her lips saying " This is for employees only, just lock the door when your done.!" I thank her profusely for letting use the restroom.... So if that kind of kindness is given I am sure that is the same way that the food would be made.. hopefully lol I will have to go back and order some food next time... And I will have a rating for the food... Hands down the customer service was amazing.!!! Thank you again cashier lady.!!! I went there about a week ago from me posting this post.!“
“Alot to start on here...This pandemic has me cooped up in my apartment 24/7, just like everyone else. Haven't seen my girlfriend in over a month. Starting to get a bit stir crazy. Idea: I could really use an Oreo milkshake, at 10:30PM, on a Thursday. Hop in my car and drive over. 15 minute drive. I arrive, wait in line, and drive up to the speaker. The guy sounds busy and asks for a minute. I say sure, no problem. He says I can order when ready following said minute and I ask for The Shake."Sorry, the machine is down right now."As usual on these kinds of late night milkshake runs."Ah...man. Alright, well, that's all I wanted so... never mind. Thanks."There's a bit of hesitation on the other end."Well, I can make it by hand if that's alright.""...Sure! You can do that. Thank you!"So sweet. In the minute waiting to drive up to the window, I realized that I must have sounded pretty indignant. I decide to correct this with positivity and tons of thanks as I pull up to the window. Instead, the positive energy flows both ways. Right as I pull up, I see him in his mask and gloves, he's already saying:"I could hear it in your voice. I knew this man had to get his shake."All I could do was laugh and bow my head. He was so kind. I repeated my thanks, and handed him my credit card."It was like when the kid doesn't get what they want for Christmas, it sounded like that.""That's happened to me before, actually..."He says that he's a preacher, and then something about God, and doing right by Him, or something to that effect. Whatever it was, it was absurdly kind. He said "be blessed," and I said "be well," in that tone where you mean so much more good than you say. All I could do was laugh.Came for the milkshake, and got the most positive social interaction I've had in months. I didn't catch the man's name, but I did see he was a manager. He should own the damn franchise. Bless his soul and every other worker out there maintaining this kind of energy in these trying times. The milkshake was, of course, the best I've ever had from Jack in the Box. What did you expect? It's a Jack in the Box milkshake. They're great. One of the best jacks in the area. Kudos.Parking: Nothing to worry about with parking. Lots of it.“
“Jack in the Box is centrally located, right on the corner of Broadway & Stockton Blvd with plenty of seating, and they always have service with a smile with a variety of meal deals, You can't go wrong with the prices. Yes they have plenty of parking. Five Stars hands down.“
“Here's the scenario: it's 11 at night, I've got a 30 minute drive minimum ahead of me, and I want a snack before I embark on my mini-exodus. My options are limited, but luckily, Señor Box is there to help. BIG ups to the Army Of Two that management wants to call a staff for handeling ALL of my coupons & orders as patently and efficiently as they did.Parking: It was late at night, so, y'know, dealer's choice on parking.“
“Employees at this restaurant are wonderful and very accommodating. They prepared the food quickly and it was very good. The restaurant is very clean. I high recommend this Jack in the Box.Parking: A lot of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Both doors to get into restaurant are wheelchair access.“
“i don’t eat a lot of out food but i wanted to try the chicken snack wraps here and when i came to this location they were delicious! tasted almost homemade! i tried it again later on at the elder creek location and was highly disappointed and disgusted. the chicken and ingredients here were SO fresh and they’re generous and everything that’s supposed to be on the wrap was actually there (when i went to the other location they didn’t put shredded cheese or pickles on it). big thanks to the cooks! both experiences i had here i came during a weekday in the afternoon around 3pm so that’s all i can speak for. also, i do want to mention the worker boy who was sweeping the parking lot looked like he was working very hard and thoroughly cleaning! i wish i caught his name. lastly, Aismeen at the window (i hope i got her name right) always delivers great service and never forgets the items in our bag/requested sauces. this is definitely my go to jack in the box so long as i live in the area! good job on the hiring!“
“You don't ever get great atmosphere from a drive thu, I use their online ordering system to get freebies and discounts on the food, right not they are giving away various items everyday now through the holidays requires a minimum purchase of a “
“My husband and I stopped by here with a van load of kids. Everything went well! The food tasted fresh. The young lady, Summer, taking our order was handling us at the front and also handling the drive-thru, but she stayed calm and handled her business! She made it look easy, even though we were ordering for 12 people! Carolina stepped in to help and was very observant. Marisela and Anna were in the kitchen knocking it out! Even though we showed up here right before they close, not knowing it, they were all very polite and very professional, and showed us no attitude for being last minute customers! Big ups to all of you! Great team!“
“I always get the breakfast platter which is 3 toaster sticks, about 3 scrambled eggs, bacon OR sausage and a hash brown for approximately $6. Great deal and it always goes down well. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. You may run into a homeless issue from time to time but it's incidental. I recommend this J.I.T.B. because of its location and its good service.“
“We used the drive-thru, busy ,but we didn't wait long. The customer service person at the drive-thru window was excellent. We have coming here from the beginning, it hasn't always been good .Good job today ,and who ever was working that afternoon at the window, Need a good pat on the back.#Justhavingfun“
“The line is always so slow...6/24 the cashier in the dining room was completely un- friendly. Actually seemed annoyed by having to take my order. Had to wait forever inside, I should have just stayed in the truck for the drive thru. At least that cashier smiled a “
