Took my wife, who is fairly new to the city/state/country to Kupros off of a friend's recommendation that "the place is good!". The atmosphere is great! However, the Long Island I ordered was terrible. If it was a pre-mix, they need to change it asap. If it was handmade, the owners might wanna make sure the bartenders are properly educated on signature cocktail ingredients, proportions, etc. But the flat service we received from our bartender was more bitter than the $12 cloudy lemonade disguised as a Long Island I received. I wasn't going to say anything until my wife quietly pointed out how non-friendly the bartender was being. I maintained my courtesy and professionalism, of course. I was a bit embarrassed that I took my wife there, tbh. Maybe she (the bartender) was having a bad day, but.... She shoulda checked that at the door. Despite the poor service, I still tipped because I understand the business, and that's my nature. Maybe it helped turned her mood around, but probably not

Kupros is always a nice place to hang out, eat good food and they have a great selection of beers or a full bar if you're after something stronger. We waited more than 40 mins politely for a shots of tequila. While waiting, folks that walked in within minutes were attended to and served immediately. We were shocked, but tried to be polite and respectful. But It was sad because we were a group of people of color, and of course simply ignored and had no service offered to us. We kindly asked to speak with the manager and heard nothing but excuses.

Very cool spot. Located and what looks like somebody's old house, they've got front porch seating, inside by the bar or in booths, and upstairs has several different rooms with couches or large dining tables. Friendly service. Good drinks. Nice vibe.

We stopped here on a Beer Bike Tour, and just had beers. What a beautiful building! It’s an old Victorian house with stained glass around the bar, and upstairs dining area and an upstairs dining patio. Probably a great spot to dine and people watch. We will return to spend some time here.
