I love pieology! Moving to the west coast this was a new place for me! It's like the chipotle of pizza! The staff at the midtown location have always been very friendly and fast. Stopped in to get a pizza for dinner. I got a thin crust pizza with spinach, black olives, mushrooms, oregno and pepperoni. It was so good! Of course I had to get a side of ranch. The young woman working the front are so kind and welcoming. I only come to this location because they make me feel appreciated and cared for when I’m literally just picking up a pizza. So many restaurants in midtown get lazy with pickup orders and skimp, but never here. We always make a night a month to come to this Pieology:)
Visited on a busy Friday night and was immediately greeted by a friendly welcome in. We had a group of 5, most of us gluten free, and the staff took great care in ensuring our food was handled properly. The pizzas were amazing, but the service is what really shines for us. Someone who I can only assume to be a manager walked up to our group, apologizing that one of the pizzas had pesto added to it by mistake.
