They run out of ingredients for a lot of drinks. I have to substitute my order. It's not in the best part of town. There are always multiple homeless chilling outside. There isn't a drive-thru.
This Starbucks location has the most kind, humble and considerate employees I ever met. At first my day seemed like everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Until I walked into Starbucks, I tend to dissociate to regulate my emotions but the barista noticed me and tried to uplift my spirit. That was the first time I felt seen and it made me realize we’re all just trying to do our best. It’s an experience I’ll always remember ❤️☺️

For a while this Starbucks seemed to be struggling for a bit as every business may be, but today I was helped by Grace who was so kind when explained that I only wanted one scoop of Matcha. I can't have much caffeine due to a heart condition & speaking up can be hard sometimes but Grace was amazing!!
