I always pick up a Nitro Brew when I go to Badd Bakers. Each time I walk in I'm immediately greeted and all guests including myself are carrying a smile. This visit I was really impressed with Genesis. Her customer service, product knowledge and marketing (as you see in the pic) is that of a great leader. I was offered a sample by Genesis then Genesis went back to the register to assist guest all while carrying a smile. The dining area & bathrooms are always clean when I go in....read full review
We did a mobile order as you can see at 10:21 and we walked in at 1030 expecting it to be done. We waited another 15-20 min when the manager at the drink area said it'll be 5-7 min for our order since he looked on his tablet and saw only a few drinks ahead of us. So we thought ok cool not bad. But lemme tell you.. at least 8 people came in and ordered from the cashier and got their drinks before we did. I'm not talking single drinks either, 3 of them had 4 drinks in their orders......read full review
