“This Starbucks on Watt near El Camino was packed on Friday at 9:30 am. They misplaced my order somehow and it took almost 20 minutes to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The baristas were fabulous, however, shouting out names and telling them not just, "You're drink's up," but, "Your drink's next." Never heard that before in a busy coffee house of any brand!Parking: Busy, busy, busy - but turnover's good.“
“Where I come to see my daughter in the morning when they open up and when I super tired they allow me to sleep. Staff very nice to us and they see me there twice a week now as I get to see my child there more and more. Thank yeah for allowing me to chill there and see my child. Food great also. Thank yeah happy new years.“
“This Starbucks location is beyond amazing! I visited this location for the first time on Thursday, 12/07/23, in the afternoon. I ordered a Venti water and sat down inside the store to complete tasks on my laptop. I had the pleasure of talking to Judy. She informed me she was the supervisor of the store. I adored her welcoming spirit and wonderful personality. We talked for a good 15 minutes nonstop. My visit was memorable because of our interaction and conversation. I liked how this location offered coloring pages, which were held on the wall after completion. The holiday decorations were a nice touch throughout the store as well. The overall ambiance was great. I will return to this location more often moving forward.“
“I am always greeted and welcomed kindly here. The service is great, everyone is very nice and professional. There is so much space inside and outside to sit and drink. It's also dog friendly, I bring my dog from time to time and we get to sit and relax here while enjoying the view, shade, and drinks. I love that waters are free and they allow you to use the restrooms, which have locks and are always kept clean btw. I usually come here after yoga or a walk at William land park.“
“Awesome customer service. Our kid spilled a drink, and an employee who wasn’t even on shift had a replacement drink made and towels ready for cleanup within seconds of the spill. They also pulled up an extra chair four our family from the back when there were no extras on the floor without us saying anything.“
“This café, you know the one on "N" and Alhambra with the giant cup on the corner rooftop is a hallmark of all the Starbucks in town. It has stood the test of time in several ways. The baristas are cool, they have a laid back attitude (don't let that fool you, they are a team that works fast to get you the order you need). The atmospheric jazz fusion/ electronic music floats through the restaurant, and the people that hangout here, many are regulars, visit and chat. Yeah, the business laptop and the small group sit near each other with a certain aplomb. Everybody's welcome here.“
“Yes it still feels weird to rate a Starbucks. Who is reading these reviews and determining whether or not to come to this location? Anyway. The fact that they have dog photos up is enough to merit five stars from me. I asked and they're the customer dogs, not the employee dogs, but they have a Polaroid camera if you ever wanna bring your dog in to have him or her up on their wall of fame. The service is also nice and the coffee is as good as Starbucks can be, which is to say, not fantastic. Parking is fine but I always have to pull in the "do not enter" direction which makes me feel bad. It's small inside but there's enough Starbucks locations around that we customers can all cumulatively fit inside one somewhere in our area, I'm sure...lol.“

“Starbucks is everywhere! Many inside a supermarket or store like this one. But it is perfect when shopping and wanting a cup of coffee. The employees are amicable at this location, and one of the good things I like is it is never very busy whenever I'm here.“
“This large starbucks coffee shop was in The grand sierra in Reno Nevada. This was the memorial weekend and they were extremely busy. I was impressed that the staff was able to stay up on their orders with about 50 people inside this location. They were busting out on the online orders and the in house orders. Kudos for the smiles and excellent service...“
“I enjoy frequenting this particular Starbucks because it's open later than many of the other ones nearby, so it's perfect to visit in the late afternoon, enjoy some coffee or tea and then do some light studying before heading back home. The atmosphere here isn't what you would consider intimate or cozy but that's what I like about it. The crowd has always been calm and never overly noisy and the employees are friendly and attentive.“

“I have been sitting in this welcoming environment of Starbucks, working quietly as I sip on my latte, and (oddly?) loving every minute. I over here the baristas interact with the folks in the shop as if they were family and as if this were a charming small town. I received the close attention of a barista who wanted to make sure I properly connected to the wifi, watched coffee drinkers addressed by name, entertaining a little one enjoying a yummy mini scone. I could go on. This kind of kindness and hospitality should never go unnoticed! ?“
“One of the 3 in this vicinity for caffeine addict . They make awesome dragonfruit refresher (yes beyond caffeine I enjoy a refresher once in awhile). It's Starbucks- you can't go wrong u less you're my kid with her 2 shots of this, 3 squeeze of that and a pump of this and that... even I get confused :) I pity the cashier or barista handling her order. 8/10 they get it right the other 2 it's ok- think too confusing even for me.Go get a Starbucks mocha frap and/or refresher with a chocolate croissant heated up. Had one piece of bacon that was so thin I could see through it and literally had 5 little sausage nibbles. I brought it back and showed them the display picture and my wrap. They happily gave me another which was just as disappointing. Cmon Starbucks, Taco Bell does better for less.“

“It is an older Starbucks located in the same parking lot as the court house. I came here because my go to Starbucks ran out of the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, but good thing the app tells you so you wouldn’t need to go to that location. The app allows you to find one that does. The staff here saved my day. They made my drink perfectly. Thank you so much!!?? ?“
“Good for grab and go. Quite spacious for sure. People are friendly and nice. The food is decent, not much to select from but that's okay because there is a sign that mentions there isn't a big selection. Just saying for those who don't tend to read signs.“

The only suggestion I have for this location is to dedicate a walk-up window for mobile orders.Parking: Like many Starbucks locations, the parking is limited due to the small size of the lot and the impact from long drive thru lines. The customers tend to be impatient when using the parking lot.“

“I really LOVE coming here. It's close to my house the only con is that it doesn't have a drive thru but there is plenty of parking when you come. I have been coming here on my days off for 2 years & it has always been a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is peaceful. Customer service is great, everyone is extremely nice. One of the lovely ladies even helped me with advice on how to order my drinks in the future. Out of the 2 years that I've came here they've only messed up my drink 2 times & each time I had no issues when asked if it could be re made.“

What are you supposed to be given a smile because you think you’re better then? Obviously your to much in her mix listening to the person in front of you. Because from what you wrote sounds like you just pissed she was doing her job which she is there for, and your pissed she didn’t help you. Which technically she did by warming your bread. And if you haven’t noticed from where you order from, it’s not her job to hand you anything but to place it along with the other drinks so you the customer can retrieve it. Let me guess you want her to be a mind reader, and know that you’re wanting a worker who is doing her job to pay extra attention to you. Every Starbucks isn’t the same. And you should be more mindful of the workers there. It’s a shame the have customers like you that will be this petty, over your warmed bread no smile. You not better, stop trying to put down these girls that work there and have some respect. But you must think your different and things should be just handed to you.I go to this Starbucks every week! Two to three times a week. And Bella has ALWAYS been on her game, multitasking and doing her job. She actually a pleasure to speak with. And has always treated each guest with the up most respect. “I just started working at sports clips and i have been getting starbucks next door most of the days i been working and omg!! I have never had my coffee so perfect consistantly ever at any other starbucks,i always have had to let people know my coffee isnt the right color or taste but these girls have been making my coffee perfect everytime!! “Today was my first day visiting this location and I was very pleased with the customer service I received here. Every staff member here was so kind, they all made an effort to greet me and say good morning. Special shout-out to Marcus at the counter, he has a very friendly personality and was really nice to talk to. I really like how after Marcus warmed my banana nut bread, he walked up to me to bring it to me directly while I waited for my drink to be made. I want to emphasize on that part because sometimes we aren't aware of how much of a difference a small gesture can make in someone's day. Not to mention, it's really helpful to other coworkers to lighten their load whenever opportunities arise. It allowed the barista to focus solely on making the drink and not having to worry about the rest of my order.I'd also like to shout-out Alex, he showed interest in knowing how my day was going and it came off very sincere, not so much of "I'm just asking these questions because I have to" and I appreciate the gestures :)“

Since I only get drip coffee, it's so much faster walking in than drive thru during busy times.Vegetarian options: I personally love the egg and cheese box for a protein boost without meat.Dietary restrictions: My husband is vegan and loves the oatmeal“
“Mrs.Dawn make the early morning more enjoyable. She's always very friendly and has amazing customers service. I've gone to this location off and on and she's the only one who has ever spoken to me. The other workers are capable and make my drink as ordered. I went today and my order was taken and prepared while I sat in the table area (that they have out again). Also this location has no toaster oven and they don't tell you until after they give you your cheese Danish still in the plastic bag(no complain about that) in the pastry sleeve. Why 5 start the workers have no control over the equipment and Mrs.Dawn make up for customer service.“
“She's a person working the drive-through this morning with the mushroom earring thank you for making my day better. I was having a pretty rough morning and when I discovered I was totally out of coffee I just figured the rest of my day was going to be absolute garbage. Going through the drive-through was easy and when I reached the window you were smiling and so friendly and I just knew that my day was going to get better thank you.“
“This Starbucks is located next to the Capitol and the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Sacramento. It's a great spot if you're in the area and need a coffee/food. The location is great for visiting the Capitol/park before or after your visit.“
“I always pick up a Nitro Brew when I go to Badd Bakers. Each time I walk in I'm immediately greeted and all guests including myself are carrying a smile. This visit I was really impressed with Genesis. Her customer service, product knowledge and marketing (as you see in the pic) is that of a great leader. I was offered a sample by Genesis then Genesis went back to the register to assist guest all while carrying a smile. The dining area & bathrooms are always clean when I go in. “Normally I would never rate a SB on yelp. If you're also aware of the ongoing politics since the pandemic regarding the corporation you prob wouldn't too. But since I'm new to the sac area I've noticed a huge difference in cafe culture here and that even Includes some differences I've noticed in some of sacs SB franchises. Cafes in sac compared to the ones in silicon just seem to beat them in terms of consistency, customer service, community based ideas and quality. Could be completely mistaken but staff here also seems happier (I've been a barista before so I know it's not always easy to put on a smile). Something I appreciate is that you can tip your barista on the pos system here (other sb should really do the same). There was also a little library in here where you can take a book and leave a book. My americano here was also not bitter for once lol. I'll def come back to this location as a study spot and to donate some of my books“

“Kudos to Dinah! A customer was taking grocery bags and she asked how many bags and he berated her in front of a long line of customers. Said that no one else changed him for bags because they liked him and that's why he didn't shop at Raley's Through it all she had a smile on her face and remained polite. Being in customer service I was so proud of her response. It's hard when your doing your job and following the law to be demeaned in front of several people. Not responding back at his level and providing excellent service in return makes me proud to be a customer of Safeway. Dinah 5 stars is not enough for you. You deserve so many more“
“The money here is made of linen paper like app American dollars. I was expecting to see the unique change, and be presented with "star bucks" when the cashier handed back the change. Instead it's regular money. I've been searching my whole life for a star buck. Maybe it's a star stag?“
