Staff working couldn't be bothered to stop their gossip to notice me standing at the counter. When food was ready, girl walked up said the name on the order then turned around to tell someone else to get my drink, as she walked past the cups. Food was cold and a mess, not sure they tried to put the meat and cheese into the taco before just wrapping it up. The cinnamon twists were anything but. No cinnamon at all, didn't order a side of bland chips.
Nice people always get my food out and never skimpy on my burritos thanks!

This is by far the wort taco bell I have ever been. The food is good like other Taco Bells, but the customer service is at the bottom. Would never go there.
very slow worker take there time getting your food even though they are not busy in the morning and had one of the employee scratching there head and giving us our food.

I could not be more disappointed. You can only order online is what I was told just to find out that that is not true very very unhappy with the service provided. I will say the manager did apologize on the half of the young kid that was rude to me.

2nd time in 2 months. Ordered online from this location (Bradshaw). A month ago each meal came with the cinna twists and they were rancid, smell and taste bad oil, or past rheir expiration date. This time got the chips and cheese side and the chips had the same rancid smell and taste. Called to let them know to not serve these to others, but claimed they tasted fine. Idk if they are fried there in old/bad oil, or if they are pre-made and delivered to their location and past their expiration date, but either way not edible. Will go with loaded potato side instead from now on.
