Friday night, catching-up with my girlfriend over gorgeous appetizers and stellar bahn mi. Annie and her staff are so nice, too, and the venue very homey. Good food. Good vibes.

I had lunch with a coworker last Friday and she wanted a rice bowl from Viet Ha so we went there and stood outside to order. The last time I was there you could sit inside so must have been quite a while probably due to Covìd. Well after waiting we were handed our orders and we returned to the office. When my friend opened her order it was wrong, not rice but noodles. My order was correct but the pork was horrible. It was like teriyaki beef jerkey that was old and I thought that if I had eaten it my stomach would suffer the consequences. I had to throw it away and if I wasn't at lunch I would have taken it back. Plus they charged me 4% just for using my ATM card. Now I remember why it had been so long since I was there. I won't be back.

Hands down one of the best Vietnamese food spots in Sacramento. They take it seriously. All their meats are marinated, their tofu is perfectly crispy. Bread is always amazing. Been coming here awhile and I've never been disappointed.

Very delicious and authentic! I like the vibe of the hole in the wall. It's like little pop up spot/hole in the wall. Places like this usually always have good tasting food!

We always get a box. I always get the chicken salad box with savory dressing. My family mixes it up with either salad, noodle or rice and different meats but they like the citrus dressing. The food is always frsh. I feel good about eating out. We go at least once a month. I am so glad they are nearby. I do call them directly to order since the online services charge a fee. Love this place.

Bland - no other way to put it. We order the noodle plate with tofu. It's really difficult to mess up tofu but they found a way, it was breaded and fried which made the inside sponge looking and tasting, the oil may have been well used as it had a distinct unpleasant odor and flavor. We hoped the sauce would add some life but it was a mixture of mild sugar water and vinegar, I'm guessing rice vinegar because of low acid content. I tried dipping the tofu into a more flavorful sauce when I got home but the oil smell was still too noticeable. We eat the bland but fresh vegetables. Really disappointing.

The food is excellent, the services excellent. There's not much of atmosphere, it's total. Take out there's no way to sit to eat there, which I'm fine with it. It is handicap friendly. There are no public bathrooms.

Located on Broadway next to a cleaners and Taco Bell.*They have a loyalty card*There's no where to eat.. You go to the door which has a window and if no one is there, press the button to ring the bell for service. There's also a "Speak Here!!" sign to where you want to direct your voice. The menu is on the left. Canned drink options are displayed on your right. They have a yellow tent for shade. So, nothing is marked vegan but I asked the woman working in the window and she was very helpful.. The tofu option is vegan. You can have it with noodles or rice. The banh mi tofu option, they have vegan mayo (upon request and there is an upcharge on that).. She also said people like a drizzle of Savory Soy dressing on their sandwich and I went with it.You order. You pay..they call your name when your food is ready. A drawer opens up on the door below the window and take your order. The Banh Mi's bread was fantastic. They did not cut it in half. The tofu was large cubes of crispy hotness. That soy dressing was good.. I got a hint of it. It's when I saw my receipt that I saw there was a card charge, a charge for dressing and mayo.. I didn't look very in depth at the menu. It was just a verbal exchange with the woman on the other side of the window.. The banh mi is more expensive than I would like and I don't love it enough to pay that much.. it's still good and an option but I think I'll try the other tofu options before I return to their banh mi.

Gone down hill!!! Visited again & they still have place locked down like Fort Knotts.. ordering food from janky intercom that blows out your ear drums when the cranky cashier attempts to take your order. Food quality has also gone down hill. 4% credit/debit card charge too. Seems as though place is under new (bad) managment or ownership. Dropped to 1 Yelp Star and we will not be going back. Will drive to Stockton BLVD in S. Sac for decent Vietnamese and good service.
