Update as of 2/7/22: they are very shortstaffed (probably due to COVID) and are not serving handmade noodles. However, they are open for dine in! They were take out only for the longest time when the pandemic first hit.I ordered the Xiao long bao, beef noodle soup, and braised pork over rice. THE BRAISED PORK OVER RICE IS SO DELICIOUS. Went here for 1st time for takeout today when passing through Sac. Restaurant is about as plain as you can get but it looked clean. Disappointingly, they didn't have beef rolls, pancakes, or hand made noodles today. Apparently they blamed it on staff shortages. We ordered pot stickers (probably from a frozen premade bag but not bad), shrimp chow mein, beef chow mein, yang zhou fried rice, and sour cabbage with pork. Everything tasted fine but nothing special.

The food was ok but the ambiance was pretty awful. The restaurant was freezing, one of those bad TV court shows (think: Judge Judy) was blasting on the TV, and the place was dark. I had the beef soup. The noodles were great (they specifically have a sign on the door that says noodles are NOT hand made, but the noodles were delicious with a good chew nonetheless).
