It seems to be a recurring theme at this location where orders that are made for online pickup or delivery are extremely lacking, disappointing, or straight up incorrect (missing ingredients, incorrect portions, etc.) My most recent experience at this location was upsetting. I just walked out of this establishment, it was my first time here so I was excited but left awfully disappointed. I ate in the dining room at this location yesterday in late afternoon and witnessed two manager types conduct a staff meeting in which they ripped into three employees, and then isolated one of them for further ripping. The issues seemed to be procedural. Ironically, the dining room was filthy and the food overpriced and pretty tasteless. I definitely had a quick word as I left.
