My first time going there during my lunch was a good experience, I had ordered in advanced and once I got there it was ready. My soup was delicious. Second time, I ordered in advance and when I picked up my order the place was crowded and ONLY ONE person helping about 7 tables. I had to wait another 25 minutes before I got my food, but once again my wor wonton soup was yummy.
The rice dishes and shrimp dishes are okay. Most of their sauces we have tried have a very off putting taste. Especially on their chicken and beef dishes. The staff is very nice but they do take a lot longer than the "estimated" wait time they tell you when you place your order.

Wanted chinese food for dinner but i didnt want to travel thru traffic for Panda so i chose golden star on south main. All i can say is it was clean inside and the server was very nice. The pot stickers and egg rolls were ok. The chow main was gross, the orange chicken was over cooked and had NO flavor, and the wantons in the soup were goopy and fell apart. Skip it and go for Panda.
