I wasn't that hungry but my friend and I needed a place to sit and chat. She got a side salad with blue cheese dressing and the steamed clam appetizer. Her salad was dinner plate sized and came with chunky housemade dressing. She probably has about 15 clams in a beautiful looking broth. Great local fish market/restaurant. We had blackened ahi over a Caesar salad and crab Louie. Both salads had a generous portion of seafood and were very well seasoned. My blackened ahi had a nice savory combination of seasonings seared to the fish which was cooked medium rare and laid on top of a deliciously seasoned Caesar salad. Awesome food! Better seafood than anything on fishermans wharf. I eat here everytime im in salinas. Next week i'll be in town and definitely plan on having a great meal here.
