Some of best Birria that I've had. I've been here several times and I didn't even know that it was goat. NOT GAMEY at all. I thought I was eating beef the whole time. It's delicious and I will keep coming back.. The other thing I love about it is the hand made tortillas. It's cash only socome prepared and incase you don't they have an ATM on the property. It's a small cozy spot so there might be a wait but it's worth it. This is definitely Mexican comfort food at it's best!
My wife and I decided to have some breakfand we visited this place. We really enjoyed the food. Is fresh made tortillas. Good salsa of flavor. All in all, I recommended. Muy Buena birria se las recomiendo mi gente.

First of all we got there almost a closing time and the staff arranged for us to be seated and served allway swith a smile.I thank them for putting up with me and my family. And like allways food was so comforting and delicious.By the way this was Saturday December 30th (how about ending the year) with this delicious food .I hope the staff at Birrierias Guadalajara have a excellent New Year happy 2024.
