Delicious birria and consome! ?

My top restaurant to get Birria from, hands down! If you're taking it to go, go home and heat it up!! No taking it to the park and eating it separate cause I HIGHLY recommend to mix the meat and the consome to get the DELICIOUS gamey oils pulled from the goat meat! Also... AMAZING handmade Tortillas... and their quesadillas???! Uffff, the combination from the cheese and tortillas are definitely a match made in heaven. Can't forget their salsa! Spicy Salty GOODNESS which pairs great and adds its maximum flavor in the birria! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Can't wait for my next visit!

The food there was delicious but there is barely any parking spaces and it's very limited inside.

Very busy, get prepared to wait and don't forget to get your name on the list when you arrive if planning to dine in. Otherwise they'll never call you. Bittia is so good. The wait time is well worth it!

Best birria in town . The is only one waiter but she's efficient and fast . The food is really good . My husband doesn't like birria he even he ate there . Good prices too . The only things is that the birria es de chivo but they clean it well. Definitely will be coming back lol

First time trying goat birria. I have always had beef birria, but let me tell you birria DE chivo has been he best I've ever had! The order comes with fresh tortillas, I had to order seconds. The spicy salsa its a perfect combination. Small parking area and crowded but worth the wait but it is a MUST go!

The cashier is such an amazing guy, the women in the back make the best hand made tortillas and birria ever. Customer service 1000000/10 and the food is to die for, they may have long lines on weekends but it’s worth the wait.

Picked up a pound and went to the park right next to it.Based on the reviews i expected a tastier Birria. Its not bad but it lacked more flavor. What i did like were the fresh tortillas, and Salsa was on point. This consome wasn't as greasy as some other ones i've had.

Awesome place that only serves goat. You can order it in a few different sizes and ways. I recommend buying a pound of it if you are in a group of 2-3 people. It comes in a styrofoam cup along with the gravy in a matching size. Then you get bowl of lemon, onion, and cilantro with some hot sauces in little fillet cups. The corn tortillas are crazy hot and delicious. You eat it like a build your own taco type meal or mix all the goodies in your bowl and scoop it up with a spoon and tortilla. Our waiter was excellent at explaining the options and even teased us as we tried to order diet cokes instead of beer. We realized beer was a better choice. Four bites into the meal the hot sauce got me and I was ordering another Modelo! Lots of parking. Cash only. ATM on site. Very clean and well run locally owned business. Limited drink choices.

Excellent quesabirria. The consomme was especially good.

The BEST Birria in So Cal. Tender meat, consommé, and homemade corn tortillas. The quesadillas are a perfect match for the Birria. The homemade salsa is super good. The horchata is made in house and is perfect. Lastly, the customer service is excellent and friendly.

I tried this spot yesterday for a late lunch. The quality and taste of the meat was excellent. I ordered the taco trio plate w/consome and melted cheese, as well as one tortilla a mano birria taco. The taco a mano was FILLED with beef and the size of two normal sized tacos. Pretty filling and super moist and flavorful. The 3 crunchy birria cheese tacos w/the consome dipping sauce were also tasty, but this was a LOT of food. I think next time I would be fine with one taco a mano and 1-2 crunchy birria tacos w the cheese and consome. There are also birria quesadillas and birria ramen which I didn't try, but I'm sure they are all tasty. The employees were super nice and helpful, and patient while I decided what to order. They did a good job of packing to food to go so none of the consome, salsas, chili oil and cilantro/onion limes fell out the bag and made a mess. Happy this place is local. I will be coming back!
