This is not a critique but a suggestion for the owner. The meat and broth were tasteless as if you kept putting water in the pot while reheating it. I believe that if food is tasted before selling it would improve your already high clientele.Guy next table said: “Está madre no tiene sabor”. It wasn’t only me that thought of the same.

The truth is I was expecting something better, they recommended it to me but nothing like the birria tasting like meat with flavorless water, the only thing that was good were the tortillas and the very poor presentation they serve you the birria in a unisel glass and they empty you out I don't recommend it on unisel plates... I know places that are birrierías and have nothing to do with this place, I'm sorry guys, but I have to tell the truth... greetings.
