Trust me ,I never left bad reviews unless they really got into my nerves . I stopped by after a long day to get my super late dinner for my family . Ordered 4 crispy chix tacos (2 ranch ,1 chipotle and 1 habanero) and 1 burrito . Got home and ready to eat but instead to found out that 1of my ranch taco was missing . Called them ,I'm pretty sure he's a manager . Told him what happened ,and asked for a refund cause I didn't want to drive back there on halloween night at 11pm . He still argued that it was only 3 order of chix tacos and he was the one that made it and put them into the bag . And I said I had the receipt in front of me and it says 4 chix tacos . And he told me the only way to get a refund to drive back there and bring the bag back . I said "can you just refund me 1 taco ? It's your fault why do I need to drive all the way back there!" . And he said "what do you want me to do?" . Bruhh ,you made a mistake ,own it ! Figure it out ! Not giving an attitude to your customer .I ended up went back there ,gave them back the bag and asked for full refund . And that freaking dude ,didn't even say sorry or nothing . What a great customer service skill you have . If you really a manager ,I don't even know how you get to there . But the cashier lady was nice ,she was being professional by saying sorry to me . She's def deserves manager position

Only thing about that they want you to pull around to the front to the manager can clock her clock like you've been served your water with your order hasn't been served yet so you got to go outside and wait another three minutes drive-

On 9/28/23, at 1:20 pm, best service EVER! I didn't order anything super complex: 7 snack tacos and a large fries (to be shared, haha, I'm not that much of a fattie!) Anyways, from the moment go at the drive thru, the lady on the intercom was great. Her voice conveyed..."happiness"...if that makes sense. Anyways, I pulled up and paid for my meal(s) and I couldn't tell who I spoke to because I was greeted by two fantastic women. Laughing and smiling... it was nice to interact with folks who aren't dour faced. Fries were fantastic!!Thanks again Ladies!! Thanks for the smiles.

On September 11, 2023 at approximately around 11:25-30 P.M. I drove to this Del Taco to order food through the drive thru, however no one was available to take my order. So. I drove to the cashier window and no one was present inside the restaurant. Until, I drove to the parking lot to only see two female employees existing out a parked car. I waited almost 15 mins waiting to get my order taken.

Very poor customer service saw all the workers standing around as I entered and stood there for 30min and got no help. Hopefully the manager hires another crew all look young and no quality service

Food is always cold. Fries are never fully cooked and sometimes the fries have an odor like the potatoes have gone bad. A couple of times the rices wasn’t cooked completely; every bite of my burrito had hard grains of rice.

Sorry, I don't Del Taco much but my double Del Burger was just plain sad. Wish I had a picture of it but I was driving. Smashed to oblivion and I thought there was only 1 patty. They need quality control.

Like the others, here's my taco served up tonight compliments of Marie/Maria.Her attitude started at the drive thru speaker. Husband and I both noticed her impatience and lack of customer service skills. We all have bad days though, so as long as the food is good...At this time we were one of only 2 cars in the drive thru, nobody behind us.Well, thankfully, we learned the hard way not to be rushed by restaurants before checking the order...we found that Maria failed to put the two tacos we ordered with our #3 beer battered fish taco combo.While my card was being charged again for hard tacos, she went in back and came out with 3 tacos in a bag. She then asked us to pull up (as in go) so she can "help" the next car. That was 8:25pm.Hubby was hungry and immediately went for a taco. Please see the photo we took 4 minutes after getting it, 8:29pm. Nothing spilled out...that is the exact quality we received. Looking at the other photos, I'm guessing this is a regular occurrence.He also found that the fries were thrown in the bag upside down (see pic).NOW we have poor customer service AND poor quality food. We turned around to get a refund and was back at the window by 8:33pm.We showed Marie/Maria the taco and she was like "I'm not gonna touch that." Duh.We told her we wanted a refund of both orders (the fish order, and the taco order that was ordered when we saw it wasn't in the first order.Maria then yelled to her coworkers that she has a hostile customer. WHAT?We three (me, my husband, and Maria) know who was the hostile one from the time we pulled up to the window, don't we, Maria?A nice girl named Valentino (?) came to the window to help with the refund, but when she had trouble, so a boy employee with spiked hair came and refunded an amount LESS than what I had paid (I discovered at home).He then rushed me to go and SLAMMED the drive through window on me as I was asking his name (thus, I'm forced to describe him.)Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate, but this crew at this location needs to have a corporate secret shopper experience so Del Taco can properly address these issues, if they even care.I recommend that everyone with similar experiences call 1(800) 852-7204. I did at 10:30pm tonight and got a human who took down my experience. Maybe if enough people call in, something will get done.But, my husband took 1 bite of the fish and it was FOUL.The "meal" is in the trash, where it belongs.

I was so excited to try one of their new burritos was ver disappointed was the most disgusting thing I ever tasted something didn’t taste right the smell was horrible very upset because I was on my lunch and how not only did I not eat anything but also wasted my lunch .!!
