We went to order food the prices are very high. The food is not Mexican food but it's alright. We order got a special #3 but they said we said 3 so we paid for a combination plate that was disgusting and I ended up eating the rice and beans only. For the price the tacos are very small with very small amount of meat. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.

6/7/21Attention Papasitos' owner:We were at your restaurant dining-in. We can't help to noticed that your placed needs to have housekeeping intact. We were trying not to lost our appetite between housekeeping and our menu orders (Food still good).I guess your people in this location, needs to be proactive to make it clean enough for your customers.

good tacos, but I think they're permanently closed. As a heads up, you might want to call ahead of time.

Pulled up to order was asked to wait one moment five minutes went by before I ordered. Pulled up waited another five minutes before anyone came to the window. I then and waited another 17 minutes before I got my food. By the time I got home about five minutes later the rice and the beans were both lukewarm. The rest of the food was okay.I'll try this place one more time maybe today was just an off day but not the best first impression

The tacos were so disgusting, mystery meat, and it was dripping in oil and water.should be called water tacos.the chips and salsa were embarrassing, the chips were stale, and the salsa was simply just tomato sauce.would not recommend

Had a great time stopping through with some friends on the way up the mountain. RC came off her break to help us out and gave us 5 star treatment, with fresh chips, the best salsa and a great recommendation for the freshly ready carnitas which was delicious! Go inside and get a taste of RCs banter if you're in the mood for the extra gab.

Small brain workers, makingsmall brain wages, givingsmall brain excuseswhen called out on theirsmall brain errors."asada burrito no rice just beans" means "bean burrito" to the small brains.Mini tacos were delicious. Probably because they are small, like the brains of the workers haha

I dunno what all these other reviews are blah blah blahing about. Yeah this obviously isn't a place you come on date night, but the carnitas burrito here is amazing and if you can find a better one for the price well congrats ... and you can get lost cuz you're not sharing it with rest us apparently. The crew here is super friendly. Arciela gave us great suggestions - she was like dang we just made some fresh carnitas and it came out really good you should get it. She was so right! She came to check on us to see how we liked it even, which doesn't usually happen at a place with a drive thru for god's sake. This place is staffed with friendly people who take pride in making great old school Socal Mexican food. Yeah it's not where you take your kid when they graduate college, but like if the kid gets a karate belt then sure! The food is great and they treat you like family.

Beyond amazing good food! The carnitas are authentic and the homemade salsa was beyond fantastic! I highly recommend stopping by this gem of a place!

Just left there. Two different orders has hair in the food. Automatic throw up. We called and offered to bring all food back and show hairs but they do not offer money back just remake of food. After having two different hairs in our food there's no way we would eat anything remade. Will be reporting them to health departments.

My only regret is that I can't leave ZERO stars. This place has gone very downhill. Arselia, the person who took my order, either really hates her job or herself because she is very very rude to customers. Either way, I am just there to order food - not be dragged into her existential problems. I ordered two chili rellenos a la cart topped with chili verde sauce and melted cheese. I repeated the part about the chill verde sauce and melted cheese THREE times because I could tell the woman was NOT paying attention to on and just trying to rush me. The third time I repeated it, she cut me off told me the rellenos always came with melted cheese on top. I got my order - two chili rellenos and a taco for $16.55. I got home and of course - Not only is there just plain SALSA VERDE on top of two burned rellenos - NOT CHILI VERDE meat sauce - THERE IS ALSO NO CHEESE. I called Pappasitos back and talked to Arselia, the same employee who took my border first in the drive thru and she ACTUALLY CUT ME OFF AGAIN AND TOLD ME "THAT WAS THE ONLY CHEESE THEY HAD" and I told her there WAS NO CHEESE AT ALL! She then called me A LIAR and said there WAS cheese on it!! I offered to send her a photo of the pathetic rellenos and she told me I could bring them back but I was 100% sure she would spit in my food. Below are the photos of the grossest rellenos I have ever had. With no cheese and no chili verde sauce!!! They tasted terrible! Like hot burned trash. I have attached photos of the burned chili rellenos I received with green salsa and ZERO Cheese and ZERO chilli verde. If that woman is so unhappy - that is is not my problem, this restaurant should remove her from dealing directly with customers.
