It's one of the slowest Starbucks I've been too. I order mobile pick up I arrived for it still not done, they had no drive-thru line neither instore line. Yet all mobile orders where not done. Either hired faster workers or more blenders. I had to wait 20 minutes for 4 drinks I order on the app totaling 30 minutes! C'mon Starbucks do better!
.....Look. I know it's another Starbucks. What stands out here is the attention to Customer Service without the snotty look. I came in for the "Coffe Keg" and they helped me out without making me feel dumb or out of place. The Coffee was to reward the nurses on the 9th floor at Loma Linda that were attending to my wife. The Young lady with the Red and Black long sleeve who unfortunately had lost a loved one a year ago was so sympathetic to me as I quickly shared our story of Pain...read full review
