Been trying to find a good sushi place since the one we loved in Colton closed down. I thought I finally did find one after two times visiting sushi train I loved it, the service is kind of slow but food was great. Decided to take my 7 person family and got 3 all you can eat… service took forever and when waitress came back on the second round her response was more your really going to get more the people who got the all you can eat only got two rolls each, I told her that was rude and inappropriate for her to say but she thought there was nothing wrong what she said. I will not returning!

I was very surprised to only see 2 tables here while on a Friday night. I got only 1 spicy tuna roll to go. The AYCE is about $32. My husband and I will try it the next time we get sushi. I did also ask if there was an extra charge for party platters being ordered the same day. There was a platter of 4 California Rolls and I think 3 spicy tuna or assorted rolls, for $64. That's a deal. At Myagis on baseline and I Love Sushi on Pa Ave there is a 15%-30% extra charge for platters needs the same day.

I called this place to let them know I was missing an item. No apology. I get it, this is not the most nicest area but you can still have decent customer service. The food was subpar. It was my first time ordering at this place but I'm never coming back. I was very polite over the phone because I just wanted them to know what happened and they didn't care. Wow! This is why I don't patronize small businesses in the hood. Take yourself to Redlands or Chino you'll get great fresh food along with wonderful customer service.

We dined her and did their all you can eat sushi. Its a bit on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion. Sushi was great and delivered to the table in a quick period of time. Would recommend and will come back.

Small dining area. Not too large a menu, but good quality on what they do have. The dumplings tasted like the wew fried without steaming them first, but that could just be a fluke. Love the calamari. It is not a tempura batter, and is seasoned, so it is realy tasty. Have to call for the server for refills but as the dining area is small it's more like looking up and asking for a refill. Rice seemed a bit Denzer then other places but not too unbearable.

So update, I been coming here for years and slowly I would notice little things. In the summer it's super hot. Incredibly uncomfortable. My family and I went last week around 7pm and it was cold. It's winter now. It was as cold as it was outside (60 degrees). My son and wife were freezing as well as myself. That's very inconsiderate on the owners part especially for a sit down establishment that wants returning customers. Another big thing that bothered me is that when you order your rolls for AYCE they only slack out one roll at a time which is ridiculous, I don't eat salmon and my wife doesn't eat tuna. We sat and watched each other eat our own roll 1 at a time. They even had a 3 top of grown men sharing one roll at a time. There are other ways to go about portion control and controlling waste. By them slacking 1 roll at a time it prolonged our stay in their freezing establishment. I won't be going back. The owners don't consider customers when it's hot or cold and that's very disrespectful and rude. The food is fantastic and the server was understanding very apologetic about the owners "rules". The owners need to brush up on westernized customer service. They always look depressed and sad, the owners never hire other sushi chefs so there always there and seem to have no passion do to over working themselves all this concludes to me maybe there not doing well with sales. 1 star for poor operations and super dissatisfaction. Good food can't save poor management. Good luck.

My family and i I have been coming here for years, the food is great and the current server is great. However, our experience tonight was on a whole other level. 1. It was FREEZING inside quite literally the same temperature as it was outside. 56 degrees I was shivering my 5 year old was shivering. We have noticed this in the past during the summer. If you go in the summer you're sweating the entire time. I get saving money but nobody wants to spend 80+ in an uncomfortable environment. Not enjoyable. 2. Tonight they were bringing out one plate at a time.?! They are intentionally slacking out orders when they get a plate back, then they'll send out another roll. What even is that? My husband and I did not eat dinner together we watched each other eat. He got his and finished then they decided it was ok to send out my roll. This makes absolutely no sense for all you can eat when people enjoy different things. This also made our time there twice as long meanwhile we're still freezing our asses off. This was the nail in the coffin for me. This is a management issues and mot truly caring about the customer. Oh and the wasabi is never hot!

Came to eat all you can eat sushi. It was more like all we can feed you they did not prepare any food for us for 20-30 just gave us miso soup and some shrimp nigri and we complained about the wait they charged us $60. After disputing with owner agreed to pay 30. Don't waste your time here.

Incorrect order.There was no avocado or cucumber in my roll+no ginger or wasabi. I guess you have to ask for ginger/wasabi.I had it delivered to my house, so I couldn't correct it.Very bland and disappointing. :c
