My husband likes Charley's Cheesesteaks sandwiches and I like their fries. I liked the sandwich too, but they use sweet bread, like many fast food places, so it's not my taste.Anyway, this place is quite suitable for a bite to eat.

So much better than Great Steak. I've been here countless times and have never been disappointed. The cheesesteaks are super savory with just the right mix of steak, cheese, mayo and veggies. They were even able to accommodate a special request to recreate an old menu item they don't sell anymore one time. I wish they could take over the steak place at serramonte so I had one a little closer to home, but then I'd get super fat.

This is located at Tanforan Mall on the 1st floor in the food court. I used to come here pretty frequent pre-pandemic and recently my visit was not the best experience. My sister and I each ordered the Philly cheesesteak plus a side of cheese fries and a soda to share. We requested to have all the regular toppings on plus additional banana peppers and jalapeños.
