Very slow service due to shortage of staff, food was cold & overcooked. We ordered 2 drinks of the same thing and only 1 had booze in it, the other was mixer? I usually like going to Chili's very much but this location was terrible.
Each time we’ve come to this location, I try to love it and get disappointed. From the outside before even entering, you see the filthy filthy entrance. I don’t think anyone has ever cleaned the windows of the doors . You can see a gazillion fingerprints all over , every visit I’ve been there. Tonight, we wanted to get up and leave because our server barely tended to us. I believe the hostess was our server the entire time. We to Chili's San Bruno California for lunch on our anniversary, Valentine's Day. Marisa, our Server, was so sweet, kind & accommodating. Food was delicious - sizzling combo fajita with steak, shrimp, chicken, veggies, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, tortillas, etc. Would go back & recommend!
