Super friendly staff and great value. Came here early in the morning as they were just setting up. Ordered a breakfast sandwich which means 'Scrambled Egg and ham on bread. While this place is very convenient for nearby offices and open early in the morning, the food was underwhelming. The eggs were not seasoned, and the bread was just meh. I would have to try a few more dishes here in order to better gauge the food. All in all, not bad and if you are here give this place a try and see if your selection is better.

Had a wide selection of different things for anyone's palate. The people behind the counter were lovely. The food was fresh and wrapped so well it stayed warm even after waiting for the shuttle for almost forty minutes. The man behind the counter was so welcoming and helped me find my way to the shuttle stop when I was beyond lost. Overall 100/10 service. If I ever come back to South San Francisco this will be on my list of stops.

Nice little cafe inside a commercial building. I had breaded tilapia with a side of vegetables and beans. Made to order and tasted fresh although not very flavorful. Staff is very helpful. It's very convenience because they have lots of snacks and other knick knacks and has a bodega vibeVegetarian options: Falafel wrap is good and staff willing to do substitutions

This was the strangest, most disrespectful experience I've had. This place is run by a few Latin women and one Latin man. While we were ordering food, they seemed very dismissive of us and didn't want to take our order or help us. When they did, they referred to my wife and I as they spoke to each other in derogatory terms and words. They obviously didn't know that my wife is Nicaraguan or they just didn't care. We did nothing to them, spoke to them with a friendly demeanor while ordering food to go. So I'm very confused as to where this came from.I'm not the type to accuse people of being racist. After 913 Yelp reviews, I've had bad customer service. But this was something different. I've never even thought that there were people brazen or bold enough to outwardly express their racist, derogatory, disrespectful thoughts while working in the service industry. But there's always a first. And unfortunately we experienced this here. For Hana's, my hope is you do well despite your attitudes toward others. You promote hate and racism, and it's unfortunate you weren't taught better. Life is too short. Spread love not hate.

If you're looking for something to eat while you saunter on this long stretch of the Bay Trail, well, good luck with that. From Sierra Point to SFO, you're walking next to marinas and marshes and around corporate buildings where people may be dining but behind security barriers. That's what made me hesitant to try this modest spot when I accidentally came upon it during my walk. I just figured it was for the employees in the building and that it would be closed after the lunch hour. It was an emphatic 'no' on both counts. The manager welcomed me - a non-employee - well after 3PM on a weekday afternoon. I asked if he had something like a veggie wrap as I didn't have it specifically on the menu, and he complied quite willingly with a tortilla stuffed with a lot of salad fixings like red onion, cucumber, tomato, chopped iceberg lettuce, and jalapeño peppers (photo). It was just what I wanted for $8.99. If you're walking around these parts, it's your only sustenance option in the entire Oyster Point area. Otherwise just stick to your power bar. FOOD - 4 stars...a big veggie wrap made on the fly AMBIANCE - 3 stars...looked like pretty much every other employee cafe I've seen SERVICE - 4 stars...very friendly and willing to serve TOTAL - 4 stars...seems appropriate in the middle of a long walk on this portion of the Bay Trail RELATED - Exploring south of San Francisco? As soon as we checked into our nearby hotel we headed here for breakfast. Walked along the water pathway to get here. Didn't realize it was in an office building. Get there at 10:45 and they had already stopped making breakfast. We ordered lunch. As it was being made the 2nd woman said lunch was still available. 1st lady said no again. They spoke to each other in Spanish so not sure what they said.My husbands sandwich was all bread/ roll. There was barely any meat. My falafel was ok. Veggie falafel?? Don't think it was made with chickpeas.1 sandwich( with hardly any meat) , 1 wrap, 2 sodas, fries and chips- $37. Quite expensive.Definitely would not recommend

Workers had a bad attitude and were talking bad about us in Spanish and were surprised when we did know Spanish and confronted them.
