Amazing service, food and staff!!! We did a company on-site BBQ with Boneyard Truck where they cooked our food on a grill for our guests in our host's backyard and it was perfect! They came early to set up, grilled delicious food, and were amazingly friendly to our guests. They also were swift in breakdown and did not skip a beat when it came to meeting the guests' needs. Had this food at a baby shower. Changed my taste aversion to BBQ food. The brisket and chicken were Delicious! The brisket had a little bit more fat than what I expected, but I didn't mind -more flavor! The sauces were great. If anyone wants a catering event with BBQ, I'd highly recommend this establishment.
