Best sandwich shop in the San Clemente area. Also great deli with wide selection of hard-to-find items in any normal store. If you like to cook Italian style foods then this is a great place to stock up.The staff are some of the best people around. Totally friendly and engaging, they accommodate large orders when you give them a courtesy heads-up to prepare. Been coming here for what seems like my whole life for the good eats. Once a year on vacation this has been one of the must visits for not just the deli sandwiches but also the other variety of meats and fish they carry for cooking back at our place. Appreciate the consistency.

I've tried about a dozen sandwich places in South Orange County and none of them come close to comparing to Billy's. They use quality meats, customize whatever you want, and the rest of the deli is excellent as well. Matt and his staff take the time to greet me every time I enter and the vibe in there is second to none.I cannot recommend this place enough.
