The food at the San Dimas location is usually fresh and delicious and this is my favorite location. Sadly, I ordered at the wrong time of day...1:45pm. With short staff between shift changes and mandatory breaks I waited over an hour for my mobile order to be ready. I was so looking forward to getting some cafe rio since there isn't any in my area. So we Went there yesterday it was the worst grilled chicken we ever had. It was mushy and greasy. Wasn't grilled at all. They needed more good workers. There was only one person making the food the other two was just fluttery around.I do not recommend this location. I was wondering why it was rated a two and I see why. The manager needs to fix this issue

I had an experience tonight at this location that I must share. I showed up at 8pm to grab the burrito I ordered online. I walked in as the staff was getting ready to close (closes at 10pm). A guy was mopping the floors which gave off a disgusting dirty wet mop smell throughout the restaurant. I went to the counter and stood there waiting for about 3min with no greeting.
