I ordered some sandwiches and the meat was left off one of them. I called and explained and they apologized and offered to deliver a replacement. I figured, it being a Sunday, I would be waiting a long time. But not 15 minutes later my sandwich was delivered. The roll was so fresh and tasty it was worth the wait!They added extra meat (enough to add to the empty sandwich) plus a coupon for a free sandwich. This is my first time going to JJs. We needed something quick on our way to SD. My husband is a JJs fan (but he also likes subway so...) but I thought it couldn't be bad. Meh. I was not impressed at all. The bread almost looks like toy bread, the meat and well all of the toppings were lacking. I asked for cucumber and on a giant sized sandwich there were 6 total slices, one thin layer that didn't totally cover the bread. Was the food edible? Yes. My food was done in about two minutesFor about $15 I bought the Mediterranean chicken wrap combo with chips and a drink. I wasn't sure it was a good deal, but it was because it was filling and delicious. First time ever at jimmy John's and can't wait until san diego county opens up their first ones!!!
