It was a great experience. I didn't really know where to go in La Jolla but this turned out to be super great. Everybody was so nice and the food was really exceptional. Great great great.!!
Last night was our first meal at Bernini's. We were delighted by the service, food and value. It has a strong family-oned vibe and it seemed like many of the customers ere regulars. Not at all like many La Jolla tourist spots. Bernini's is a mid-priced restaurant with top-tier service and food. The garlic bread (actually pizza dough with garlic and parmesan) was delicious and very generously sized. (So much so that we offered some to the adjoining table!). We have always loved Bernini's! Every time we come here the service is always wonderful and it's a great experience with the best food! We really love their breakfasts too, haven't had for a while because the timing hasn't been right. We'll be back soon. I miss the lemon ricotta pancakes!
