This place is beyond 5 stars. I’m telling you, this was the best experience I’ve had in so long. The people are fantastic, the food is outstanding, and the dessert was out of this world. I talked to the server and the desserts are made in house and the ricotta cheesecake is like nothing I’ve ever had before. Also, my friend ordered his pizza with pesto instead of regular pizza sauce and it is so different and good!! 20 out of 10 recommended!!!Parking: This location is in a residential neighborhood, it weird how it’s placed, but parking is kinda hard to find. We had to do a couple laps before we could find something. But it was worth it!

Every single person was phenomenal, the food was delicious, the ambiance warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!This is the husband. This place MADE our 4 day trip to SD. I felt like family here. Honestly, 5 stars is not even enough of a rating. The service that my wife and I received was great and the pizza was amazing. We were surprised by how quickly the food was made. We went on our anniversary and to top it off they gave us a delicious desert. If you are looking to try authentic Italian pizza, this is the place you're looking for!

We’ve been going to Buona Forchetta for many years. The food is always good. The staff is always friendly. Our waiter “Giacomo” this time was very nice, helpful, and funny! A trooper working on Easter too.We tried the special fried dumplings and they were delicious.The pizza was flavorful and good cooked to perfection. Please note the dough is very thin because it’s woodfire pizza).The panna cotta was absolutely amazing! I was so full I felt like I would explode if I ate another bite…but 30 minutes later I tried it and finished every last bite. ?

We had reservations and were still seated outside on the patio.... It was windy and chilly. Asked to get our seats changed, but they said no.Food was ok. Bolognese lasagna and burrata caprese appetizer was just ok. Nothing to write home about.I probably won't return.

The staff is friendly.Food we ordered:Lina pizza - Pepperoni, nduja (spicy calabrese, sausage) mozzarella, stracciata, spicy honey.Penne pasta- with freshly made pesto and shrimp.
