Pretty good taco shop with a drive thru! Food is made fresh so there's a bit of a wait. People here are friendly. There is some covered seating area outdoors. I got their carne asada fries and it was a large portion. The fries were crispy. I liked that this place still includes pico on their carne asada fries because a lot of places don't anymore. This is my family's go to for our tacos, burritos, and carne asada fries for YEARS. They seem to have upgraded the patio since I last came to order. Their lights definitely makes the patio more inviting to eat outside. They are generous with their portions. They have a list of sauces to choose from and they're all great! Love the red sauce. This place is soo good. One of the best Mexican places in La mesa area. Only issue is, I’ve never had issues with their service until recently. There’s a new female worker that works night shifts & she is absolutely rude, very unprofessional. It’s always the same when she’s there. They need to work on who they hire. Everyone else is always polite though, very kind I don’t ever have issues with other workers.
