I haven't visited/ate/drink at thisScripps-Poway Parkway location in about 6 years.Yesterday/Sunday,I decided to dine/drink and watch the Padres vs Dodgers Baseball Game at this restaurant.Wow!Their QUALITY of theFajitas Chicken & Steak Combo Dinner has really gone down hill.*The entire Fajitas did not arrive with its legendary "SIZZLE and AROMA" of deliciousness.*Although, all other customers received the Famous Fajitas SIZZLE/AROMA. My Meal DID NOT.*The chicken and steak was mildly warm, mushy and completely tasteless. I had to add Tabasico Hot Sauce to achieve some flavor.*The Flour Tortillas were mildly warm and tasteless.*The Beans/Rice/Condiments were OK. But, nothing to write home about.*My Draft Beers was cold and fresh and at Happy Hour Price of $4.00 which is a great price at 22oz glass each.*I dined and drank at the bar and the Bartender service was excellent.*Atmosphere was clean, nice and friendly.*Parking was plentiful and free.*Many TV's to watch various sports.*Unfortunately,My Meal was so TERRIBLE and after seeing other customers Fajitas Combo Dinners were SIZZLING and Smelled Delicious and Looked Very Fresh.*I have no choice, but to give Chilli's an Overall 2-STAR Rating.**Next time, if I visited this establishment anytime soon.I will re-evaluate and update my current review.

Service -12/10. :( We go here almost once or twice a month for dinner. and the last time my friend and i went we didn’t even get our utensils until after our whole meal, he took 30 minutes to get our drinks to us, our appetizers didn’t even get there to our table until after we were done with everything and paid. now every time we go we get treated w disrespect from almost every server bc we had a bad experience, and I even saw them talking behind our backs, and laughing at us. ?????? :(

The three for $10.99 menu is great. You get a beverage, appetizer and entree. A great value and more than enough to eat. As an update, the three for 10.99 is now more expensive as it is now three for me and can cost up to 2 more for the same thing that used to be 2 less.Update...the three for 10.99 is now called three for me and, depending on your entree selection, the cost can be 1 or 2 dollars higher but it is still one of the best deals I have found.

I posted this one it needs consistency in portion or they need to be standard across the board in menu, that was not so busy I have no idea how the y make the orders, the employees who works behind the counter needs to stay focused on what they are doing tortillas chips are not so expensive when it comes in food costing it was presented with two pcs of tortilla chips sandwich it with shredded cheese to top it with a slice of jalapeño and toast it in salamander oven 12 pcs of bites. I ordered for tortilla chips this is what I’ve got not to mention I paid cash and waiting for my receipt no receipt was given I took off and will never come back to this location. To top it off I contact the corporate office response nothing.

Here's a twist! They advertise "all day happy hour", but when you arrive, the deal is only valid in the bar section. The waitstaff won't tell you that if you don't ask. So in a restaurant that was only 25% full, we had to move to another table (less than 3 feet away from the first table) in order to take advantage of happy hour drink prices. That gave us a new waiter, etc.The food was excellent, as we've come to expect from Chili's, although the bone in wings are significantly overpriced compared to competitors.It also appears that the menu varies regionally.

Overall a great experience. We went on a Wednesday night so it wasn't super busy inside. The host came out and opened the door for us. The waiter was very friendly and made conversation with us. I tried the crispy chicken which was good with the sauces, but they were out of Mac and cheese which was a little upsetting. Definitely would recommend the strawberry and wildberry lemonade. Great dinner overall!

This was my first time coming to this chilis. It was a lot smaller than what I was expecting, but it made it more intimate, which was nice. It also wasn't as loud as some other chilis are. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers, which are my go to every time I visit a chilis. And they were delicious as always. My boyfriend ordered the nachos, which were different than what he expected, (there's no picture in the menu). He said they were decent though. The reason, I couldn't give 5 stars is actually because of the service unfortunately. The host didn't greet us, really. He just asked for how many and took us to a booth and that was it. Then the server didn't have any enthusiasm either. Like, I know people can have an off day. I get it. But it is the service industry, and their service just wasn't the best unfortunately.
