“I don’t go to Chipotle all that often these days but when I do I typically order the tacos because it’s not as heavy with rice or beans like the burritos are. Today I stopped into the location on West Broadway in downtown San Diego for lunch. The restaurant was busy but the staff were moving customers through the line quickly. I ordered Barbacoa Tacos and they were delicious. The Barbacoa was fresh and hot and the tortillas were warmed and soft. Thoroughly enjoyed them.“
“The portions, the workers, the atmosphere. Everyone here is so lovely and kindhearted giving such a respectable attitude and carefully preparing the food. I always found reviews like this for fast food places quite silly, but really! The portion sizes, quickness, and carefulness speaks miles. I was having such a hard day and went to get food, and it was immediately better. Id also like to point out the lady with blonde hair and cool moon and star earrings who works at the check out. So sweet, welcoming and professional. It’s sometimes an anxious feeling to get good alone, and the blonde lady on the front had such a great atmosphere and work ethic. “Shoutout to Sam, Jason and the rest of the Wednesday night crew for the incredibly efficient and quality service! Sam made me fresh steak less than an hour before closing, and everything else still looked fresh even at 9:15pm. Give these people a raise for their attentiveness! “I love Chipotle. I love the flavors, I love the freshness. I always get the carnitas burrito.What I don't love is how they roll the burrito. And I'm not alone. I have talked to other people that just stopped ordering burritos for this reason. They get a bowl with tortillas on the side and roll it themselves. Every time, at every Chipotle I've ever been to they roll it the same way and it is the worst burrito roll I've ever seen.Not only do they roll it with the ends on the outside, instead of on the inside so it stays together, all of the ingredients seem to separate. So, instead of tasting all of the flavors and ingredients in every bite, I get a mouthful of guacamole, then a bite of beans, a couple of bites of carnitas, then the rice.I have to ask to roll it myself. Then I get weird looks.If someone could teach them the proper way to roll a burrito, it would greatly improve the experience.“
“Yesterday I came to Chipotle with my friend in a bad mood, but we were quickly cheered up because the service was top notch and I was delighted with the staff Egor and Nurali, we don't speak English very well, but Egor and Nurali communicated with us in our native languages and we immediately felt like at home, Egor is a real professional in his field and Nurali is also normal, we really liked the food prepared by Egor and the service from Nurali.I whole heartedly recommend this place, we come here several times a week and every time is like the best first time ever. Thanks to these two guys who made this experience at Chipotle the best for us. I can safely say that this is the best Chipotle I have ever been to. I also recommend making electronic tips for them.“

“It's chipotle, you really can't go wrong. The only problem is that it is right next to a hospital so from time to time it gets slightly crowded.Vegetarian options: There is rice and grilled veggies and lettuce. No vegetarian protein though.“
“I love taking my kids to lunch here. The kids meal is so inexpensive it can't be beat! I understand other peoples reviews mentioning it being dirty but it's a fast food place I'm not sure what people expect. They always get the order right and the people who work here are helpfuland pleasant.“
“Shout out to Valerie and the other nice man who was also working our catering order. Upon arrival they gave us free drinks while we waited and helped us load up the car. We even had a mix up with another catering order placed by a friend and they helped clear it up completely. Great service!!“
“I got a chicken burrito. The portions of meat were normal and the person preparing it added extra vegetables at my request. The burrito was a good size, tasty and filing. I asked for some extra corn on the side and they gave it without any issues. Restroom required a code which they easily gave out. Overall great experience. I also went back in October and experienced great service from manager Yessica. She was very much on the ball and when things were a little slow she went to all the tables and asked people if they were enjoying their meal she keeping tables clean. The only negative is that it is so far from the beach .... wish it was closer to the beach.“
“Recently came in and it wasn't too busy at first. One worker had just gone on break and it was just Juana serving up the food. A line quickly formed behind me, but Juana was a champ! She served my food (and my sisters') without compromising serving size, repeating my order back to me for each food item as she served it and double checking I was satisfied before moving on. I have been to this chipotle for years and it can be hit or miss (regarding service) when it gets busy. Juana was a rockstar!!“
“I wish more bases put Chipotle locations on them. This place is great and there’s nothing to complain about. I went in around 1800 on Saturday and there was no line or anything. Got the food and was out the door in about 5 minutes or less. Cant recommend this place enough.Parking: Massive parking lot with plenty of spots. I couldn’t ever imagine this parking lot being full.“
