I edited this review from 5 stars to 2 because of a couple of bad experiences here.. it's sad because we really like this place, but 2 out of 3 times recently, we felt like our table was being dodged by every server. We waited patiently for 20 mins before seeing our first server and then 15 more minutes before the next! Yet, all the tables around us are being served, and it's like teasing us. It was a mad house and chaos there today and they were definetely not equipped and prepared for it both from food and service perspective.Said buffet was not being replenished, several items were missing and dishes remained empty. Gaucho servers were not coming by with meats, we waited for 45 mins before anyone showed up with any meat. They took another 45 mins to make lamb chops. Half of cuts never showed up. I visited with my coworkers for lunch. Beautiful restaurant, nice tables, chairs, and decorations. The red meats were delicious and salad bar was delicious as well. The seafood platter we ordered was not, it was rubbery tasteless and just not good. I would definitely come
