I just made my first purchase at Girard Gourmet. I learned about this place after a holiday lunch at which someone contributed a quiche from this place. The quIche was excellent, and that aroused my curiosity. Tonight I chose a chicken pot pie and a slice of lasagne. I reheated the pot pie at home for dinner tonight. My plate is all but licked clean. I love that you see what you get before ordering your meal. The display case has desserts, salads, entrees, deli choices for sandwiches made quickly as you wait.Vegetarian options: Spinach mushroom quiche + tomato basil soup.Kid-friendliness: My grandson loves it because he can see his food options in the glass display case.
