Looking for the absolute best Banh mi sandwich in San Diego? These guys are it. Starting with the bread, fresh and crunchy, the tofu is my fave but everyone loves the pork too, Ask for the peanut sauce and add it to your sandwich, it's amazing!Vegetarian options: tofu bahn mi the great!
This family owned joint is legit. The broth is sweet and flavorful, there doesn't seem to be any MSG, ingredients are very fresh. I got the special beef pho and it had a lot of beef, flank steak, tendon and the noodles were fresh and great texture. They have a lot of salad roll selections, i enjoyed the avocado spring roll, it was very refreshing. Incredible!! Such good Vietnamese food!! Also so many vegan/vegetarian options which is so appreciated! Also neat that they have coconut milk thai tea! We got the chicken pho and a tofu and egg roll noodle salad and they were both sooo good. Broth was so rich and delicious and noodle salad was perfect. I was surprised that they used different kinds of noodles for the pho, but maybe they ran out? Overall so good. Also the service was great, the food came so fast!!
