Ordered 4-pc. Chicken Combo meal plus a drink... What happened to KFC food quality? The meal I ordered not satisfactory. Chicken was dry not tender, biscuit hard, with small size chicken pieces. Last time for me as a customer, definitely not impressed with KFC.KFC continues to increase their prices with poor quality food.

Let's talk about service first. I ordered a meal and I paid for it. When I got it, I realized that that is not what I wanted. The supervisor on duty fixed it for me right away. She made sure I did not have "the buyers remorse" This is service! She replaced my order and took care of me. I was running a little late but the chicken was so hot and fresh, I had to wait for it to cool down. This was my best KFC experience in so many years. I loved it and thank you for the hot meal served and for the service so good.

We got the wrong order. My husband ordered 2 breasts and 2 thighs + a side of coleslaw. We got 1 thigh, a drumstick, a muffin, 2 burritos and the side of coleslaw. Very disappointing. Can’t trust them.

Food was ok but bad service. I made a mobile order for dine in around 630pm. When I arrived, the lobby was locked. I had to go drive through for my food. It turned out I wasted more than 20mins on drive through. If KFC doesn't offer dine in, should make it clear on app.
I ordered the eight piece meal. 4 legs and 4 thighs. When I got home I discovered they had given me 2 thighs and 6 legs. The biscuits were as hard and dry as hockey pucks. They should have been tossed as trash. Not edible. This location used to be my go to KFC. Since the last time I visited, the former 24 dollar fill up is now 32 bucks and change. Given the careless way they threw my order together and the garbage biscuits, I'll not return.

honestly the worst experience I had in fast food experience. No name tags on any employee, absolutely no respect for customers. I literally asked for ketchup and they gave me such an attitude and refused to give me a ketchup packet. would not bother coming back here
