Update Jan 2024: we came three separate times and every time the Uyghur plov was not available. The second time we came, the service was really slow. Our hot dish was placed on the counter for a long time before serving to our table, so the dish was a bit cold. It seemed like a staff shortage problem during the busy hours. Such good flavors, good prices, wonderful tea. Everything was so good! Lots of delicious vegetarian options, and options in general we will have to come back to try them all!Only note: We were the only ones in the place, so I'm not surprised the waiter didn't notice we ran out of water. He was helping with orders in the kitchen and there was no other wait staff (its dead, why would you). Peaking over a bit more often even when it's dead would have been nice, though. I came here with my girlfriend after a work trip, we ordered the dumplings, naan goosh, and Uyghur Plov with a pot of milk tea and it was all delicious, thank you so much for everything!
