First time in the area, and I was looking for a late lunch and beer spot. Was planning on Karl Strauss, but thought I’d give Miguel’s a try as I was really in the mood for carnitas. So glad I did. First, they provide you free warm chips, salsa, and queso. All very tasty, especially the house salsa which you can buy by the pint (ask me how I know, lol). Generally I have had nothing but the best time. the Chicken that was served was more like rubber than meat. I was not able to finish it , but the rest of the food on the plate was delicious.

This place has great ambience for meeting up with friends and family. Normally I look forward to gobble up the cheese & hot cheese sauce , but somehow the sauce is not as nice as before. Overall the food was okay.
