I definitely do not recommend it. It is not possible to order and receive it here in time. They may be busy, but they said the order would be ready in 7 minutes and made me wait for 45 minutes. I was mistreated trying to find out why they said differently .If I respect your effort, you will also respect my time and me. The pizza carrier person is incredibly rude and disrespectful.He imitated me. I have an accent and english is not my primary language.It's very strange that he's not American either, middle eastern or arabic.

They charge =extra= for a =simple= topping substitution. Ridiculously inflexible.Edited because I can't reply to the follow-up:You charge full price for the cheese on a NO cheese pizza.The decent thing to do would be to allow the customer a substitution for the topping they're being charged for but not getting.You used to have no problem doing this for me in the past. But now you insist on charging more for a simple substitution to a cheaper topping.You lost a sale tonight and my future business because you refused to let your staff make a =simple= substitution.

I ordered a large, thin crust with extra cheese and pepperoni, this guy said 30.00, I said what did you say, I thought I wasn't hearing him correctly. He repeated the price. I told that fool I have never paid 30.00 for a pizza in my life. This happened February 19, 2024. I have ordered pizza from them before, like 3-4 times, the price was always around 24 bucks or so. This was the second time they tried to get me to pay 30.00, the first time it was a lady, I told her she must have made mistake in my order, then she says oh, it's only 24 something. They tried to do it to me again. I will NEVER order Papa johns pizza again. And the people they have to take your order, when you ask to repeat what they just said, they get offended. TERRIBLE customer service. I can't get over what this pizza place tried to do. It's NOT a gourmet pizza with extravagant cheese and pepperoni. Something is wrong with this place. I am going back to PIZZA HUT. People BEWARE of this place.

I ordered a shaq a Roni pizza from the university store and was bought a regular pepperoni pizza I called the store and spoke with a lady who says she is a manager and was told oh sorry I will credit your account for a free pizza she never gave me the credit the delivery driver tried to make my wife give him a tip then gave her the wrong order on purpose I called the store recently and to my surprise no credit a couple of days later I ordered another pizza from there and it never came it was cancelled by the manager for whatever reason this Papa johns sucks bad business and will never order from there again

I come to this Papa John's quite often. The food is typical Papa John's pizza. The employees are always super helpful and friendly and they stay open kind of late. Because of the location they stay busy but they are always patient.
Parking lot is often full. By Golden Spoon yogurt. Carry-out and online ordering works for me. I like garlic butter to dip the crust in and well done sausage pizza.

I swear it feels like that guy tried to kill me, I ordered my pizza over the phone for pickup about 1430 and picked it up about 15 minutes later. I get the pizza home wash my hands and change into my around the house clothes get my tv show on grab a slice of pizza and it has no taste, thought I was tripping I got another slice tried to eat it and couldn't. I called the restaurant and the guy said he would refund my money I haven't seen a refund yet. Here's the really messed up part a few hours later I got the worst heartburn I've ever had it lasted the whole night. I took three Zantac didn't till about three AM, needless to say I didn't sleep. So here we are Sunday morning I'm still burping and that feeling of having a brick in my stomach is still there along with bloating. That pizza ruined my weekend, hopefully I'll be ready for work Monday morning. I've only eaten rice and eggs so far because my stomach can't handle anything else. Bottom line stay away from that place.

I placed an order around 11:50 on a Wednesday through Uber. I was passed around 4 different delivery drivers and then my order was cancelled. If the place was about to close then I would understand. But there was at least an hour before this place closed.

Had my order delivered, wings and a pizza. The pizza was wrong. Wrong ingredients and not the garlic stuffed crust I had initially ordered.Called and said they would remake it. That's it. So I ended up giving it away to my roommates.Time passes, new pizza comes. Delivery guy says he needs old pizza back. I just simply say guess you can just take them.Still it didn't sit right with me and I call the store again. Second manager proceeds to say the other manager I talked to before DID say they would need the old order before getting the new pizza. He DIDN'T.Then proceeds to say he was the one who made the first pizza and there wasn't any peppers on it and it was the sausage pizza I had thought I ordered. It WASN'T. I even offered to send a picture of what was left. Because I clearly wouldn't have given away the pizza if I knew I would need the first pizza to exchange for the new one.Then with an incredible amount of attitude said he wasn't going to let someone get away with getting free pizza.I hung up before it was clearly a lost cause and I didn't want to deal with more harassment.I've never been treated like this by Papa John's or any other pizza place in the past. I hate that I have to live with this event having happened. Day ruined. I know I'll never order from a Papa John's again.
