On Jan.21,2024 at 11:30 pm I decided to get some food before my flight along with my daughter and colleague. We both decided on Mexican. Our experience at this restaurant with a staff member was just horrendous. The young man who was serving was incredibly rude to both of us. For my order, he was serving both my daughter and I. Management needs to staff better. Long line, 1 person preparing orders and cashing out. This is in an airport. People don’t usually have :30 to wait inline. Worker was trying to do his best, but just can’t keep up. Saw several people step in line only to be frustrated and then leave.

Worst staff ever met as far as QDOBA is concerned. Very rude and had lot of attitude. These kind of workers are not fit in the hospitality industry. Giving a look at me as if we are eating for free. Strongly recommend the staff to undergo some hospitality training. Worst experience
