We just had our San Diego Chrono club meet up here last night. We were able to try all different menu items. Everyone really loved the lasagna. The owners and staff treated us really well. I posted some pictures of our event and some steaming, hot lasagna shots.

Our third time here. Our first visit, over a year ago was very disappointing. It was very loud, they were an hour late in seating us (despite having reservations) and never acknowledged the special occasion. Returned last Sept, as our guest wanted to go, and had an excellent experience. Went last night and was pleased. The room was quiet, we could actually speak in low tones. Food was very good. The waitress was alright but not always attentive. Overall a good experience, we will return.

Gone twice now. Entering has tasted great. Love the specials. Staff is all very friendly. The Saturday visit had much better attention than the Sunday visit. Great dessert options too!

Food and service were excellent. Enjoyed the Burrata as a starter and loved the Spaghetti Bolognese. The wine list was sufficiently broad with reasonable restaurant prices. Can't wait to go back!

Rosina's is our family's favorite Italian restaurant. As East coast transplant Italians, this is the most like home. On this night we came for a school fundraiser. The place was packed but the service was still good. We always pick our intended order but 90% of the time, we order from the specials menu and are never disappointed. On this night, as we do on most nights, we started with the rice balls, which never disappoint. My husband had a chicken meatball soup from the special menu that he said was fabulous. I had the sweet potato gnocchi with mushroom ragu from the specials menu which was incredible. But the star of the night was the veal parmigiana with capellini pomodoro. The veal was the best we have had in California and we hope it becomes a regular part of their menu, it was that good. There is a very good selection of wines, we started with two glasses of Prosecco and shared a bottle of Valpolicella over dinner. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Went there on Saturday night, very busy yet Service and wait time for our Food was not long. Mama came around and gave us the Specials and how her and sons made the specials. Very nice personal touch. My wife had the Cannelloni which is aways excellent and you can not find on the menu at very many Italian restaurants. Our Guest ordered the Prime Rib Special and was very Good. I ordered the Warm Spinach Salad with Calamari which is not on the menu but they are kind enough to make. For my Entre I ordered the Saltimbocca which was excellent. They have a good Wine list also at reasonable prices. Highly recommend Rosina's.

Rosina came to our table and told us about the specials of the day. She was very nice. Our waitress was outstanding. The one substitution I made in my main dish was executed perfectly. Will definitely come back.

Rosina's is our favorite Italian Restaurant. This is truly authentic Italian food for people who know quality. The owner Rosina is from southern Italy and her son, the chef was formally trained there. The veal Parmesan was a daily special and was absolutely delicious., best I've ever had. The lasagna and mare y monte pasta are what I usually order and also are top notch. The Siciliana salad and tiramisu were also great. You won't be disappointed here. Only wish they were open for lunch.

A great example of how to run a restaurant. The owner came by to make sure we were enjoying our food. Properly staffed, attentive and friendly. Our food was excellent and worth every penny. Very nice wine selection and the lasagna was mouth watering. Stuffed peppers were very good. Everyone made us feel like we were dining at their house. This restaurant has a family feel to it, with the staff being more concerned with making you feel welcome instead of the stuffiness at other places. It's out of our way, but worth the drive.

We were all very disappointed in the food. The salad was dripping with salad dressing and way too much blue cheese. It was more like a blue cheese salad than a lettuce salad. The ravioli was tough, and and a few pieces of shrimp etc. fell out when you cut the pasta and you were left with a lot of ravioli and no filling. The other dish was a pasta with chicken and mushrooms that was just OK and taste. The other dish the vodka sauce did not taste like vodka sauce. The check was for over $200 for food. That was just OK. The restaurant came highly recommended. I'm not sure why.

Our experience at Rosina‘s was absolutely outstanding! The food was fabulous. The service was great, and Rosina even stopped by our table to tell us about the specials. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A snug in a rug restaurant. My 15 year old daughter picked this place for her birthday. She enjoyed the food and so did I. A big thank you to the server Daniel for taking care of 14; 15 year old girls. Hope it wasn't too crazy. Oh, and thanks to Sarah for the lighter to light my daughter's cake.

Very reasonably priced meals for what is served. Some is great tasting, others just so-so. Old Fashioned cocktail not well prepared. Wine list is good and fairly priced. Overall, well worth the price.

This local gem just keeps getting better! Momma Rosina hosts at every table and describes all the specials. Four people in our party; everything was to perfection! Thank you Rosina's!!!
