I had to stay in town for a 6 week stretch while girlfriend visited doctors here. Was good to find my favorite lunch stop, since I frequent the one in Palm Springs al the time. This place was just like home. Friendly greeting upon entry. And that warm toasty bread is so good. I always get the same. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki on a 6 inch bun. Toast the shredded cheese. Their employee, Xochila, was extremely rude when crafting my sandwich. She half-hazardly threw my toppings on without even paying attention. I even asked her to please put more spinach on because I kid you not, there were 3 slices. She threw more on not even paying attention and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else, which I get it, working in food isn’t the best, I used to do it, but have some respect for your PAYING customers. The service was prompt and friendly. Our order was accurate. However, this might just be an inherent characteristic with Subway, but the sub was just fine. The ingredients felt fresh. I'd add more sauces next time for extra flavor.
