My husband and enjoyed the Holiday chocolate making class this weekend. Michelle and her staff make it enjoyable for the adults as well as the kids. Dare I say we enjoyed it more than the class we took in Lake Lucerne Switzerland.The bonbons and bark we created are delicious!
Reasons that I adore this place: 1. Delicious chocolate - enough said!!! Just kidding, the list continues... 2. Creative and indulgent flavors. They make bon bons, barks, meltaways, wafers, and more. I love checking out their seasonal items. Some of my favorite bon bons of past and present are: Caramelized Macadamia Nut, Yuzu Caramel, Pecan Pie, and Egg Nog.
