I get it customer service jobs are hard but it's not the customers fault you hate your jobParking: It can be hard at times to park only because the drive thru lanes are always blocking the roads
El Pollo Loco always delivery, When you want to eat something quick & good perfect place to go.My only comment will be on drive thru they don't add plates forks etc. unless you ask for it, I always Drive off & later wished I asked for it.

It takes too long for them to help you, as most of the time they only have one cashier open. There are two self order screens, which are not helpful, as they are not too specific. The chicken pieces are shrinking, tights look like wings, and breasts look like tights! ?
