Love what Phillipe and Helen have built over the last 28 years - a great bistro with top-notch food, wine and service. Low key, within a classic tradition of excellence, Chapeau! is a gem. A must try, which leads to adoption as a fav. Sweetbreads, cod, beef filet - all superbly prepared and presented. Deserts are something else. My first time here, this bistrot did not disappoint! Every single dish we tried was outstanding. I highly recommend the beet salad with creamy goat cheese, the filet mignon and the French toast for dessert (we tried 4 desserts & this was everyone's top favorite).
