Excellent! Best Italian in the Bay Area. Get the focaccia
Great. Loved it
Amazing food and staff. Definitely will be coming back!
Kyle is the greatest
The food was exceptional and our server was very attentive. Highly recommend
Main dish was served before removing finished appetizer plates. Pasta was served warm not hot. Server did not offer cheese or pepper for the food when served
We sat outside because of Covid concerns and it was delightful! Very special to have our own little cubicle! The food was amazing… There were five of us so we were able to try many different things share them all…. Focaccia bread, burratta and tomatos, pineapple pizza. Lasagna with SO many layers, rigatoni. And two desserts…. Profiteroles and fruit crostata….. loved it all!!
Absolutely unbelievable food and service
Everything was perfect. I know restaurants are super understaffed right now, but even the service was great and fast.
Staff was friendly and nice but the food was horrible. The spinach lasagna was dry and crumbly. The tagliatelle ragu was somehow tasted bland and rancid at the same time. The waiter did inquire about why I didn’t like it but whatever was on the pasta had managed to coat the inside of my mouth, throat and tongue and it was all I could do to keep from vomiting.
Che Fico is the best! We were ~5 minutes late for our rez time and then waited another 10 to get seated (didn’t mind at all). We hung out at the bar inside and they took our drink order so we waited with a drink! Our server was super helpful, food came out quickly and was amazing (you have to get the suppli). At the end of our meal, they brought out two complimentary glasses of champagne since we had to wait for our table, which at that point we had already forgotten about! Love this place.
The food was so delicious and service was great. Overall fantastic experience!
Such pleasant professional staff serving amazing food. Quick service, consistent attention and friendly. Fried risotto , Judy Rogers Pizza, tagliatelle, and spinach lasagna. All very good. The best spinach lasagna I’ve ever had. Desert of tiramisu and the chocolate budino. My friend enjoy the tiramisu noting the coffee flavor was mild the way he likes it. The budino was spectacular: chocolate, caramel, sea salt. Just amazing. Really a very nice dining experience.
The food at Che Fico was wonderful and we thought the experience was great. The only bummer was that our server really rushed us through our meal.
The place is the spot to go! Both the food and the wine were exceptional. With a family meal style it makes it easy to get plenty of dishes and share amongst the table. I will definitely return when I’m in San Francisco!
