We actually stumbled across this place after walking to and down Lombard street (not for the faint hearted if you’re not from San Fran) and saw they sold beer (typical brits). What was initially a ‘let’s rest our feet for five and have a cold beer’ turned into 3 beers and some of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had. Nice staff, decent but not cheap prices. $35 including tip for a panini, a tuna sandwich and 2 canned cokes. Sandwiches we're good and we had another night a coconut macaroon and my brother in law liked the cheesecake.
