Enjoyed a nice afternoon lunch with my 4yo son after a trip to Alcatraz. Was beautiful to sit outside in the patio, drank some delicious beer, and really enjoyed my burger. Something about it really hit the spot: perfectly cooked, nice portions, and it didn’t fall apart. One of the better burgers I’ve had in a long time. Kiddo also loved his focaccia as well. What a treat this place is! My friend brought me here for my birthday. I live in SF but never think about going to that part of the city. Luckily enough, we had no trouble getting there or finding free parking very close to the restaurant. The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was warm and inviting; very comfortable. Hillstone (Houston's) never disappoints. The staff is always SO friendly, I love the tranquility of the restaurant itself, and OH MY GOD. The burger. Is. Insane. I don't quite understand how this burger hasn't won every single award there is, it's just too perfect. I love sitting outside on their patio on a sunny day, or inside at night with my family on special occasions. I feel right at home.
