Long time customer at Lou's. My go-to order has always been the Loquito, and it is always consistent. The blend of ingredients make the perfect bite every time. The owner Mark, is also one of the nicest people. Please don't hesitate to try their sandwiches out!
Lou's always delivers delicious subs consistently. Shop is simple. Parking is usually easy except it's annoying now with the taravel street reconstruction. Sandwich is good and sometimes i wish it's a little bit hotter (temperature wise). I also tried their clam chowder recently. Good texture, right level of creaminess and quite a bit of clams. Recently came to this location on taraval since sandwiches were the consensus. I didn't know they had a location here as I've only been to the one on Geary years ago. This location has a few small dine-in tables but seemed like most people got their orders to go. I had the RT mushroom sandwich and it was fantastic! I had everything on it and being without lunch that day, it really hit the spot. Lots of options to choose from so likely will be back to try other choices!
