Updated review 4/7/2024: The chef or recipe have changed. This is no longer "Wow" good. Their Hakata tonkotsu DX ramen $20.50 used to be really good, especially their broth. This time, it was weak. It no longer has a strong pork taste. It did retain that cloudy colored broth that I like. The tiny chashu pieces and jelly egg remains good. One of the my favorite ramen spots in San Francisco. Located in the Japan Town Mall. I got the veggie ramen and it was absolutely delicious. I asked mine to be ultra spicy. The flavor of the broth was incredible even after adding more spice. The service was incredibly fast and I was able to go in n out in about 30 minutes.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies
